Frances (Fran) Joslin holds
a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology and is licensed as a marriage and family therapist. While
in graduate school she began exploring innovative ways to help individuals reach their full potential and continues today
to be a major force in the therapy community . Fran was one of the first professionals to assist
in the development of programs that help the needy during times of disaster and has published articles in national journals
on the topic. She is the founder and co-owner of her own corporation, Provider Profiles, Inc. dba Counseling
Connections, Inc. which provides employee assistance; counseling; consultations; and, seminars to motivate and train
others to help themselves. This is her latest creative endeavor as she looks forward to helping her clients pursue
their life goals.
Omega (Meg) Galliano obtained a Master of Science degree
in Clinical Psychology and since college has been busy working in the behavioral health field. As
a licensed marriage and family therapist, and alcohol and drug counselor, she has held various management positions
in national corporations. She has developed numerous Employee Assistance Programs and Utilization Management
Programs as well as provided consultations in the field of behavioral health to Fortune 500 organizations. Each
position afforded her an opportunity to further develop her counseling and consultation skills. Omega currently
is a principal in Provider Profiles, Inc. which provides consulting for behavioral health and offers direct counseling through
a subsidiary company, Counseling Connections. In the past few years, Omega has developed self-help programs
in order to provide all people the opportunity to recognize their own inherent power.
