A Therapy Journal
A Therapy Journal module is to help you learn to use journaling as a way to work toward self-growth
and discovery. You will be provided with a question, word and quote to journal about as it relates to issues in your
life. Writing puts aside the internal censor. Write to get thoughts
out, for fun, for the heck of it, to reduce stress and confusion, to solve problems and/or to be creative. Let your inner self do the writing—stop thinking about it so much and allow
